Dr. Archit Agrawal recently met with Mr. Rajeev Mehta, Secretary-General of the Fencing Association of India and the Fencing Confederation of Asia, to discuss injury prevention strategies for fencers. Their discussion focused on reducing sports-related injuries to enhance the performance of Indian athletes on international platforms. During the meeting, Dr. Archit was officially appointed as the Sports Medicine Specialist for Team India at the Asian Fencing Championship 2025 in Kuwait. Mr. Mehta also met the cadet and junior Indian fencing team, extending his best wishes for their participation in the upcoming competition.
